Shipping policy

All orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We aim for your order to be delivered in 1-2 days. In certain circumstances, it can take longer.

Our standard UK shipping charge is £4.95 for single bottles and £5.95 for Trio boxes. We offer free shipping for orders above £50.

We currently only ship to customers in the UK but hope to make our products available to customers worldwide soon. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.

We value your feedback and if we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please provide our customer service team with details of the issue so we can investigate, by emailing enquiries@christopherscordials.com. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If there are any issues when you receive your order or if you have not received your order in the delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@christopherscordials.com. Please note, all issues must be raised within 90 days of placing the order.
